Eat Well to Live Well (formally Healthy Eating and YOU)

Rapids Family Health Team offers a FREE 4 week eating well series, a program designed to help you make permanent lifestyle changes. You will set your own nutrition goals and learn how to make plans for achieving them.

Some topics that will be discussed include:

• How to create balanced meals

• Carbohydrates, protein and fats

• Importance of fiber and how to increase

• Label reading

• Emotional eating strategies

• Group discussions to learn from others experiences

• Weekly self management goals that will help you reach your full potential
